三月的昆山，如诗如画。改革的春风吹皱一池春水。“全国卫生人事制度改革经验交流暨职称管理工作会议”在此召开。此次会议受到社会各界的好评，取得了良好效果，为各行业全面落实中央关于《深化干部人事制度改革纲要》带了一个好头。为此我们采访了卫生部人事司司长王环增。
Kunshan in March is picturesque. The spring breeze of reform blew a spring. The National Health Personnel System Reform Experience Exchange and Title Management Conference was held here. The conference was well received by all sectors of the society and achieved good results. It has provided a good start for all industries to fully implement the central government’s “Outline for Deepening the Reform of the Cadre Personnel System.” To this end, we interviewed Wang Huanzeng, Director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Health.
