根据“铁路运输生产噪声普查规划”及“工业企业噪声卫生标准”,我们对安康铁路分局管区内的噪声作业工人进行了健康调查及作业现场的卫生学调查。一、内容及方法:选88名6个工种的噪声作业工人(锻工、机械木工、铆工、空压机司机、锅炉工及高压油泵试验工)为观察组;72名与观察组劳动强度类似、体质相近但不接触噪声的工人为对照组。采用国产ND_6型精密声级计及倍频程滤波器进行现场噪声强度测定,其方法参照“铁路运输生产噪声普查规划”。身体检查一般项目,主要是听觉、心电图及神经系统。听力检查使用陕西于阳生产的TLJ-I型听力计。二、判断标准:1.神经系统:①头昏、头痛、眩晕;②耳鸣、失眠、多梦;③乏力、心悸、
According to “Plan for Noise Survey of Railway Transport Production” and “Noise Standard for Noise of Industrial Enterprises”, we carried out health survey and hygiene survey on noise-exposed workers in Ankang Railway Branch Area.
