心肌缺血再灌注损伤是心血管介入治疗中较棘手的问题,如何减少心肌缺血再灌注损伤是目前的研究重点。Fas/FasL系统是体内直接启动细胞凋亡的死亡信号传导系统,大量研究表明其在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中起关键作用。现就Fas/FasL系统在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤中的作用作一综述。
Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is a more difficult problem in cardiovascular intervention, and how to reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is the focus of current research. Fas / FasL system is a death signaling system that directly initiates apoptosis in vivo, and a large number of studies have shown that it plays a key role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. The role of Fas / FasL system in myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury is reviewed.
