青年痤疮,中医称“肺风粉刺”或“酒刺”,俗名“糟疙瘩”。本病因阳热偏盛,生机旺盛,营血偏热,血热外塑,气血郁滞,蕴阻肌肤所致,或因饮食不节,过食肥甘厚味,肺胃郁热,复感毒邪而成。现代研究认为,痤疮是一种多因素的疾病,其发病机制常与皮脂腺分泌、毛囊角化过度、异常菌群和炎症的产生有关。 本病治疗的方法前人习用清理肺胃积热之法,常以批把清肺饮为主。本人治以解毒、凉血祛风法。方法以自拟“平痤散”加西药维E胶丸、替硝唑片,外涂“消痤灵”,经治30余例,不但近期效果显著,而且愈后未见复发。方药介绍如下:
