目的 :观察不同恶性级别脑胶质瘤中端粒酶活性及P gp糖蛋白表达的相关性。 方法 :采集手术中切除的不同级别脑新鲜胶质瘤标本 2 6例 ,脑外伤内减压脑组织 8例 ,用TRAP法及免疫荧光染色流式细胞仪法检测不同级别脑胶质瘤端粒酶活性以及P gp糖蛋白表达。结果 :端粒酶活性阳性表达率为 88.5 % ,P gp糖蛋白阳性表达率为 6 5 .4 % ;端粒酶活性阳性病例中 ,P gp糖蛋白阳性表达率 6 9.6 % (16 / 2 3) ,端粒酶活性阴性病例中P gp糖蛋白阳性表达率 33.3% (1/ 3) ,两者差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。对照组脑组织端粒酶活性及P gp糖蛋白阳性表达均为阴性。结论 :脑胶质瘤中 ,端粒酶活性和P gp糖蛋白阳性表达具有相关性 ,可将二者结合起来评估脑胶质瘤恶性程度和预测化疗效果。
Objective: To observe the correlation between telomerase activity and P gp glycoprotein in different malignant gliomas. Methods: Twenty-six specimens of brain gliomas of different grades were excised from our hospital and 8 cases of decompressive brain tissue from traumatic brain injury. TRAP and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect the expression of telomeres Enzyme activity and Pgp glycoprotein expression. Results: The positive rate of telomerase activity was 88.5%, and the positive rate of gp glycoprotein was 65.4%. The positive rate of pgp glycoprotein in telomerase activity positive cases was 6 9.6% (16/2 3 ), The positive rate of Pgp glycoprotein in the negative cases of telomerase activity was 33.3% (1/3), the difference was significant (P <0.05). In the control group, telomerase activity and Pgp glycoprotein expression were negative. Conclusion: The correlation between telomerase activity and Pgp glycoprotein expression in gliomas is correlated. Both of them can be used to evaluate the malignant degree of glioma and predict the effect of chemotherapy.
