目的探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)膜片与胶原膜构建的“三明治”样结构植入体内后牙周膜的再生情况。方法制备BMSC细胞膜片,与胶原膜构建夹层结构复合于牙根表面,植入原位生长,分别于4和12周取材,利用X片、HE和天狼星红染色观察牙周膜的再生情况。结果相比单纯胶原膜组和空白对照组,实验组在牙根与牙槽骨间形成了清晰的软组织间隙,且有类Sharpey纤维存在,即形成了功能性牙周膜。结论细胞膜片-胶原膜-细胞膜片的“三明治”样夹层结构可较好地促进牙周膜再生。
Objective To investigate the regeneration of posterior periodontal ligament in vivo by implanting bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC) membrane and collagen membrane. Methods BMSC membrane was prepared and the sandwich structure was constructed with collagen membrane complexed to the root surface and implanted in situ. The tissues were harvested at 4 and 12 weeks respectively. The regeneration of periodontal ligament was observed by X-ray, HE and Sirius red staining. Results Compared with the collagen membrane group and the blank control group, the experimental group formed a clear soft tissue gap between the root and alveolar bone, and the presence of Sharpey fibers, which formed a functional periodontal ligament. Conclusion The “sandwich” -like sandwich structure of cell membrane - collagen membrane - cell membrane can promote periodontal membrane regeneration better.
