本文综述了近几年来纤维蛋白原与血栓形成的研究概括,主要包括纤维蛋白原与心脑血管血栓性疾病的关系,纤维蛋白原主要是通过导致血管壁异常、血流异常和血液成分的改变来参与机体的脑血栓形成,最后总结了纤维蛋白原与血栓形成这一研究领域的主要研究方向。
This review summarizes the recent studies on fibrinogen and thrombosis, including the relationship between fibrinogen and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular thrombosis.
