9月22日,民政部在浙江省杭州市召开社区社会工作暨“三社联动”座谈会,总结交流地方在社区社会工作及“三社联动”方面形成的经验做法,探索研究“三社联动”机制推进的政策思路和实施举措。近年来,全国很多地方探索建立了社区、社会组织、社会工作“三社联动”机制,在社会治理中充分发挥了社区的平台基础作用、社会组织的承接载体作用和社会工作的专业支撑作用,收获了丰富的地方经验。
