光线传媒在经过三个多月的停牌后,于今日公布了多项投资案。分别为“收购热锋网络51%股权”、“收购蓝狐文化50.8%股权”和投资建设“中国电影世界”项目。我们认为此次收购的两家标的公司质地一般,持续盈利能力有待观察。而“中国电影世界”项目的建设开发周期较长,变数较多,对公司业绩的影响尚难加以估计。而公司在上海电影节上公布的“明星影业”项目,则使得公司未来几年的影视片片单更加丰富和多元。
After more than three months of suspension, Light Media announced a number of investment cases today. Respectively, “acquisition of hot front network 51% stake”, “acquisition of blue fox culture 50.8% stake” and investment in the construction of “China Film World” project. We think the two underlying companies acquired by this acquisition are of general texture and sustainable profitability remains to be seen. The “China Film World ” project construction and development of a longer period, more variables, the impact on the company’s performance is difficult to be estimated. The company announced at the Shanghai Film Festival “Star Video ” project, the company makes the next few years of film and television shows more rich and diverse.
