统计分析了我院1984年7月～1990年12月间门诊登记预约行角膜移植手术的898例(1139眼)患者致盲情况,主要致盲眼病为角膜炎症(占34.50％)和角膜外伤(占26.51％)。患者年龄以青壮年组最多,20～39岁患者占53.34％,儿童占7.35％,角膜供体材料来源匮乏,是许多患者得不到及时治疗的重要原因。本文讨论了这些疾病的构成比、预防、治疗及其社会意义,呼吁全社会关心眼库事业。
Statistical analysis of our hospital from July 1984 to December 1990 outpatient booking Keratoplasty in 898 cases (1139 eyes) of patients with blindness, the main cause of blindness for corneal inflammation (34.50%) and corneal trauma Accounting for 26.51%). The age of the patients was the largest in young adults, 53.34% in 20-39 years old, 7.35% in children, and the lack of source of corneal donor material was the important reason that many patients did not receive prompt treatment. This article discusses the composition of these diseases, prevention, treatment and social significance, called the whole society concerned about the cause of eye bank.
