国内最早的企业集团财务公司成立于1987年,经过二十余年的不断探索与发展,在近五年集团财务公司的建立呈现了规模化、标准化、综合化的特点。结合集团财务公司在支付结算、资金归集、财务管理等方面的需求与特点,探索银行包括支付结算在内的各项业务在该客户群体中的应用。从财务公司的视角分别对支付结算与现金管理业务和企业集团资金集中管理进行了趋势分析。
Founded in 1987 as the earliest enterprise group finance company in China, after more than 20 years of continuous exploration and development, the establishment of group financial companies in the past five years has shown the characteristics of scale, standardization and integration. In combination with the needs and characteristics of group finance companies in payment and settlement, fund collection and financial management, the Bank explores the application of various businesses including the payment and settlement of banks in this client group. From the perspective of the finance company, the trends of the payment, settlement and cash management business and the centralized management of enterprise group funds are analyzed.
