本文介绍了应用显微外科技术进行神经吻合和神经搭桥,解决腮腺恶性肿瘤术中面神经不能保留者的神经功能重建问题,通过对6例病人较长时间的追踪观察,取得了较满意的效果。同时还对1例外伤性面瘫患者的面神经功能重建进行了追踪观察,神经功能达完全恢复的良好效果。针对面神经缺损进行功能重建的修复方式、适应症以及术后放疗等问题进行了讨论。认为腮腺恶性肿瘤术中立即神经吻合,对功能重建的恢复具有十分重要的作用,同时还可缩短治疗时间,减轻或治愈伤残。因此,值得在临床应用中进一步探索提高。
This article describes the application of microsurgical techniques for nerve anastomosis and nerve bypass to solve the intraoperative parotidectomy in patients with facial nerve can not retain the neurological function of the reconstruction, through 6 patients longer follow-up observation and achieved satisfactory results. At the same time, one case of traumatic facial paralysis in patients with facial nerve function reconstruction were observed, the nerve function of a complete recovery of good results. The repair methods, indications and postoperative radiotherapy for facial nerve defect reconstruction are discussed. That parotid malignant tumor intraoperative anastomosis immediately, the recovery of functional reconstruction has a very important role, but also can shorten the treatment time, reduce or cure disability. Therefore, it is worth further exploration and improvement in clinical application.
