人事档案是一种非常重要信息资源,因为每个人的档案主要是对他的经历、政治面貌、品德作风等个人资料的记录,具有凭借、参考的作用,是人类进行社会活动实践的证明。随着市场经济的发展,相应地户籍制度与人事制度都发生了改革,与人事制度相关的人事档案管理也随之发生了变化,传统的人事档案管理已经露出种种弊病,已经不能跟得上当今时代的形势,本文首先分析了传统人事档案管理存在的问题,然后对人事档案管理的改革进行了分析论述。
