正如美国比较文学会会长苏源熙教授对笔者的感叹:2014年是中国的世界文学年。今年出版的《世界文学史教程》与《世界文学经典》《当代世界文学史》与《当代世界文学名著选集》的两套四部巨著,掀开了世界文学史研究的新篇章。这是中国学者在新世纪开创中国化的世界文学研究新模式的新努力。以中国化的世界文学史认识论、文本批评论、翻译与研究新话语的建构,完成了自20世纪初期中国出版世界文学史一个世纪以来的梦想,圆了世界文学的中国梦,历史将记下这浓墨重彩的一笔。
As Professor Su Yuanxi, president of the American Society for Comparative Literature, laments about the author: 2014 is the year of World Literature in China. The two sets of four monographs published in this year’s “History of World Literature History” and “World Literature Classics”, “Contemporary World Literature History” and “Selected Works of Contemporary World Literature” opened a new chapter in the history of world literature. This is a new effort by Chinese scholars in opening up a new model of worldized Chinese literature research in the new century. With epistemological and textual criticism of Chinese literary history and the construction of a new discourse of translation and research, China has completed its dream of publishing literary history in the world since the early 20th century, and has concluded the Chinese dream of world literature. This is a thick ink.
