《中华人民共和国工伤保险条例》自2004年1月1日实施以来,已历时七年,为顺应经济社会的发展,2010年12月20日国务院对《工伤保险条例》(下简称新《条例》)进行了修订,并于2011年1月1日起施行。修订后的新《条例》有哪些不同之处?对维护广大劳动者有哪些新的做法?对相关职能部门又提出了哪些新的要求?带着这些问题,记者专访了福建省社会保险局的相关负责人,通过结合案例,对新修订的《条例》进行了一番对比解读。
The “Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Work-related Injury Insurance” has lasted for seven years since its implementation on January 1, 2004. In order to comply with the development of economy and society, the State Council issued the “Regulations on Work Injury Insurance” (the “Regulations” ) Was revised and will come into effect on January 1, 2011. What are the differences between the revised new “Regulations”? What are the new approaches to safeguarding the vast majority of workers? What new requirements are put forward by the relevant functional departments? With these questions, the reporter interviewed the Fujian Provincial Social Insurance Bureau Relevant persons in charge, through the combination of cases, the newly revised “Regulations” carried out a comparative interpretation.
