西藏民族教育有着增强民族团结和国家认同的重要功能作用,只有充分发挥它的主阵地、主渠道作用,才能为自治区的现代化建设提供一个稳定的社会政治和文化环境。基于此,从我国民族教育的发展变化入手,探讨建国以来不同社会发展阶段的民族教育特点,尤其是现代化建设加快带来的国家一体化趋势的显著增强。立足西藏和中原文明的历史发展,可以看出多元文化的整合不仅可能,而且还可促进更大范围的民族共同体的认同,凝聚社会力量实现中华民族的伟大振兴。
Only by giving full play to its role of main front and main channel can ethnic education in Tibet have an important function of enhancing national unity and national identity so as to provide a stable social, political and cultural environment for the modernization of Tibet. Based on this, starting with the development and changes of ethnic education in our country, we discuss the characteristics of ethnic education in different stages of social development since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially the significant increase in the trend of national integration brought about by the acceleration of modernization. Based on the historical development of the civilizations in Tibet and the Central Plains, we can see that the integration of multiculturalism is not only possible, but also promotes the identification of a wider ethnic community and unifies the social forces to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
