过去我們对磨損的軸承座一般是采用压套的方法来修复的。修理时先把旧軸承座的內孔扩大6~12公厘(但一定要在机器强度允許的条件下),然后鏜一个同样材料的样圈,装到这內孔里去。这种方法虽然可以使磨損的軸承座和軸承結合紧密,但比較費工、費料,是很不經济的。后来我們采用加热方法修复軸承座,效果很好。現在把这种方法介紹如下,供大家参考。 1.加热設备——是用气焊設备,噴咀最好用最大号的。 2.加热温度——鑄鉄材料要在800℃左右,鋼材料要在750℃左右。加
