采用溶胶-凝胶法结合浸渍法制备了银修饰白炭黑/二氧化钛(TiO_2)复合光催化剂。通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG-DSC和UV-Vis DRS对其进行了表征。以甲基橙为模拟污染物,考察催化剂的光催化活性,探讨了煅烧温度、白炭黑复合量和银溶液浓度等因素对光催化效率的影响。实验结果表明,将摩尔分数2.93%白炭黑/TiO_2浸渍于3.00×10-5 mol/L的银溶液处理后,在可见光条件下降解3h,降解率达到87.50%;在紫外光条件下降解2h,降解率达到90.25%。
Silver modified silica / TiO2 composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and impregnation method. It was characterized by XRD, SEM, FT-IR, TG-DSC and UV-Vis DRS. With methyl orange as a simulated pollutant, the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated. The effects of calcination temperature, silica content and silver solution concentration on photocatalytic efficiency were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the degradation rate of white carbon black / TiO 2 was 3.50 × 10-5 mol / L, the degradation rate was 87.50% after visible light irradiation for 3h, and the degradation rate was 2h under UV light , The degradation rate reached 90.25%.
