在一个教学班级里,学生的学习成绩总是可以分为上中下三种情况。要提高本学科的教学质量,要为上一级学校输送合格的新生和为社会主义现代化培养建设人材,教学应面向全体学生,注意培养优秀生和提高较差生的学习质量,才能取得大面积丰收,这是每个教师不可推卸的职责。那么,怎样帮助较差生呢?
In a teaching class, students’ academic performance can always be divided into three situations: upper, middle, and lower. To improve the quality of teaching in this subject, students must pass qualified freshmen for the next-level schools and train human resources for the modernization of socialism. Teaching should be oriented toward all students, and attention should be paid to cultivating outstanding students and improving the learning quality of poor students in order to achieve a large area. The bumper harvest is an irresistible duty for every teacher. So, how can we help poor students?
