本文给出了汽轮机空心转子暂态温度分布和热应力计算式。文中通过简单叠加方法研究了汽温分段线性变化时热应力变化规律,并概括为热应力叠加计算方法,指出了它的应用范围,文中附有计算实例。
This paper gives the formula of transient temperature distribution and thermal stress of steam turbine hollow rotor. In this paper, the variation law of thermal stress during the linear change of steam temperature is studied by the simple superposition method. The calculation method of superposition of thermal stress is summarized, and its application scope is pointed out. The calculation example is attached to the paper.
