去年的杭州地铁塌陷事故,引起了全社会对地铁施工安全的关注。一些专家认为,赶工期是造成事故的重要原因。为此,北京市建委于今年3月发布了《关于加强北京市轨道交通工程施工安全质量管理意见》,明确规定,轨道交通工程要确定合理工期,建设单位不得随意压缩合同工期。
Last year’s subway collapse in Hangzhou caused widespread concern about the safety of subway construction. Some experts believe that rush-time is an important cause of the accident. To this end, Beijing Municipal Construction Commission in March this year, “on the strengthening of Beijing rail transit construction safety and quality management advice,” clearly stipulates that the rail transit project to determine a reasonable duration, the construction unit shall not arbitrarily reduce the contract duration.
