当今世界举重竞技水平越来越高,运动员想在全省、全国或国际比赛中取得优异成绩,除了具备良好的心理素质外,还要具备全面的抓举、挺举技术。如何全面提高青少年举重运动员抓举、挺举技术是非常重要的。本文试图在此方面做一浅薄的论述,仅供参考。
In today’s world, weightlifting athletic standards are getting higher and higher, athletes want to achieve excellent results in the province, national or international competitions, in addition to having good psychological qualities, but also have a comprehensive snatch, jerk and art. How to comprehensively improve the juvenile weightlifter snatch, jerk technology is very important. This article attempts to make a shallow discussion in this regard, for reference purposes only.
