目的了解某部驻京医疗卫生机构的消毒效果现状,为加强消毒管理提供科学依据。方法通过现场抽样检测的方法,对某部驻京部分医疗卫生机构的消毒效果进行调查。结果共采集20家医疗卫生机构不同消毒对象392份,消毒效果平均总合格率为90.05%。其中紫外线灯辐照强度合格率达88.89%;室内空气消毒效果监测合格率为91.59%;医护人员手卫生合格率为86.60%。结论某部驻京医疗卫生机构消毒质量平均合格率较高,但医护人员手消毒效果和紫外线辐照强度需要重点加强管理。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection effect of a certain medical and health institution in Beijing and provide a scientific basis for strengthening disinfection management. Methods The disinfection effect of some medical and health institutions in Beijing was investigated through on-site sampling and testing methods. Results Totally 392 disinfection objects were collected from 20 medical and health institutions. The average total disinfection effect rate was 90.05%. Among them, the pass rate of UV lamp irradiation was 88.89%; the qualified rate of indoor air disinfection monitoring was 91.59%; the pass rate of hand hygiene of medical staff was 86.60%. Conclusion The average passing rate of disinfection quality of a certain medical and health institution in Beijing is relatively high, but the hand disinfection effect and ultraviolet radiation intensity of health care workers need to be emphasized and strengthened.
