5月12日16时,中国人寿保险股份有限公司(下简称“中国人寿”)紧急启动重大灾害事件预警机制,成立了由董事长杨超任组长、总裁万峰任副组长的应急小组,相关工作全面展开,工作组连夜赶往灾区一线。12日17时,杨超董事长给四川省分公司发去慰问电,对四川灾区广大员工和营销员伙伴表示慰问,并对抢险救灾理赔工作作出指示。
