据统计:就是这场洪水,已有28个省市自治区2.4亿人遭受不同程度的灾害,成千上万所学校、房舍倒塌、损坏。上千万公顷的良田成为汪洋或泥潭,近2000亿元人民币财富付诸东流,它延缓了我们建设的速度,削弱了市场消费能力。然而,就象窗户被打破了,不仅透进了阳光和空气,而且重做一扇更新,更漂亮的窗户,不仅可以造就玻璃产业及相关产业的发展,而且肯定能造就一批又一批具有更高技术水准的窗户设计者、制造者,因而在重建家园中,必然又有新一轮的巨大的商机。
