近年在我国大规模开展的区域化探扫面中,样品分析采用了较高灵敏度的定量分析方法,所有需分析元素绝大部分样品都可报出分析值。我们知道,分析方法再好,分析灵敏度再高,检出限附近读数的精密度和准确度仍是较差的,且出现某些难以克服的系统误差。当样品中元素含量达到或高于测定限,分析的精密度和准确度才较高。高含量样品出现系统误差是不允许的,但高含量样品出现系统误差,易于发现,也是能够克服的,目前采用二级标准样进行分析质量监控,就很容易查觉高含量样品分析时产生的系统误差。检出限和测定限,是五省实验室研制的区域化探样品分析方法专题报告中根据国际理论与应用化学协会(IUPAC)的规定提出来的。检出限(C_L)是根据能以适当的置信度可以检出的最小测量信号值求得的最小可检测浓度。测定限(C_Q)是分析方法能以更高
