政府信息公开是民主政治的保障,信息资源已经成为与能源、材料资源同等重要的战略资源。为进一步加强信息资源开发利用,党中央、国务院制定了《关于加强信息资源开发利用工作的若干意见》,指出要把各级档案馆建设成为公众获取政府公开信息的重要场所,所以,档案信息资源在公众获取政府公开信息方面应发挥重要作用。
Open government information is the guarantee of democratic politics. Information resources have become strategic resources of equal importance with energy and material resources. In order to further enhance the development and utilization of information resources, the Central Party Committee and the State Council formulated “Several Opinions on Strengthening the Exploitation and Utilization of Information Resources”, pointing out that it is necessary to build archives at all levels into an important place for the public to obtain public information from the government. Therefore, Public access to government information should play an important role.
