本文采用TIG焊接方法焊接4mm厚的16Mn钢薄板,分析了焊接工艺参数对焊接接头外观形貌、金属显微组织和硬度的影响。实验结果表明,随着焊接线能量的增加,而焊接速度减小,焊缝熔宽和余高增大,焊缝区组织除了铁素体和珠光体还出现了贝氏体,同时焊缝金属晶粒粗化;在焊接热影响区有魏氏体组织形成,使焊接接头的塑性和韧性下降。另外,焊接线能量较大时,焊接接头金属的显微硬度产生突变,降低了焊接接头的使用性能。
In this paper, TIG welding method of welding 4mm thick 16Mn steel sheet, analysis of the welding process parameters on the appearance of welded joints, metal microstructure and hardness. The experimental results show that with the increase of welding wire energy and the decrease of welding speed and the increase of welding width and residual height, bainite appears in the weld zone except for ferrite and pearlite, meanwhile the weld metal grains Roughening; in the heat affected zone Weld body formation, the plasticity and toughness of welded joints decreased. In addition, when the energy of the welding wire is large, the micro-hardness of the welding joint metal changes suddenly, which reduces the serviceability of the welding joint.
