战略性新兴产业是国家未来经济发展的动力。本文在分析和研究发达国家战略性新兴产业的发展态势,以及归纳和总结其可借鉴的经验的基础上,对于我国战略性新兴产业的发展提出如下政策建议:制定专项规划来推动战略性新兴产业的发展;科学制定和实施战略性新兴产业的技术创新政策;形成和完善激励补偿机制,发挥政府对社会投资的引导作用;提高科技成果转化率;重视人才培养;科学布局专业化产业园区。
Strategic emerging industries is the driving force of the country’s future economic development. On the basis of analyzing and studying the development of strategic emerging industries in developed countries and summarizing the lessons it can learn from, this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations for the development of China’s strategic emerging industries: formulating special plans to promote strategic emerging industries The development and implementation of scientific and technological innovation strategy of strategic industries; the formation and improvement of incentive compensation mechanism to play a leading role in government investment in society; improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements; attention to personnel training; scientific layout of specialized industrial parks.
