目的研究维、汉族三阴性乳腺癌组织中ki-67及nm23表达的临床意义。方法收集来自新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院Ⅰ-Ⅲ三阴性乳腺癌患者样本。其中47例汉族三阴性乳腺癌患者为汉族组,55例维族三阴性乳腺癌患者为维族组,统计两组ki-67及nm23表达。结果研究表明Ki-67在汉族三阴性乳腺癌组中的表达率为(42/47),在维族三阴性乳腺癌组为(35/55),P=0.003,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;nm23在维族三阴性乳腺癌组的表达率为(46/55),在汉族三阴性乳腺癌为(30/47),p=0.022,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。在早期三阴性乳腺癌患者中,Ki-67在汉族三阴性乳腺癌组的表达率为(34/38),在维族三阴性乳腺癌组为(26/41),P=0.007,P<0.05。在腋窝淋巴结阴性患者中,nm23在维族三阴性乳腺癌中的阳性表达率(21/26),在汉族三阴性乳腺癌组为(15/27),p=0.049,p<0.05差异有统计学意义。nm23在维族三阴性乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于汉族三阴性乳腺癌,Ki-67则相反。结论维、汉三阴性乳腺癌Ki-67和nm23表达存在差异。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of ki-67 and nm23 in triple-negative breast cancer tissues of Chinese Han and Han nationality. Methods Totally Ⅰ-Ⅲ triple negative breast cancer patients from Xinjiang Cancer Hospital were collected. 47 cases of Han triple negative breast cancer patients for the Han group, 55 cases of Uygur three negative breast cancer patients for the Uygur group statistics ki-67 and nm23 expression in both groups. Results The study showed that the expression of Ki-67 in Han triple negative breast cancer group was (42/47), in Uygur triple-negative breast cancer group (35/55), P = 0.003, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant The positive rate of nm23 expression in Uygur triple negative breast cancer group was (46/55), in Han triple negative breast cancer (30/47), p = 0.022, p <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The expression of Ki-67 in triple-negative breast cancer group (34/38) and U-negative triple-negative breast cancer group (26/41), P = 0.007, P <0.05 . In axillary lymph node-negative patients, the positive expression rate of nm23 in Uighur triple-negative breast cancer (21/26) and Han triple-negative breast cancer group (15/27), p = 0.049, p <0.05 was statistically significant significance. The positive expression rate of nm23 in Uighur triple negative breast cancer was significantly higher than that in Han triple negative breast cancer, Ki-67 was the opposite. Conclusions The expression of Ki-67 and nm23 in the three-dimensional negative breast cancer patients is different.
