大江大河三角洲经济的发展,是一个国家或地区经济发展的“龙头”。20世纪末我国长江三角洲和珠江三角洲的相继崛起就是最好的佐证。我们的黄河三角洲,虽然国家早就将其列入“十五计划”纲要,联合国开发计划署也将其列为支持《中国21世纪议程》的第一个优先援助项目,山东省将其列入全省两大“跨世纪工程”之一,但种种迹象表明,黄河三角洲的发展仍没有引起社会各界的注意。
The economic development of the great rivers and deltaic rivers is the “leader” of the economic development of a country or a region. The successive rise of China’s Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta at the end of the 20th century is the best evidence.
