当叔胺萃取剂从含胶体聚硅酸和氟的萃取原液中提取铀时,在水相成连续相的条件下,常出现水包油型乳化物,甚至严重乳化,影响生产正常进行。为此,在萃原液中需要预先加入聚醚防乳剂以防止萃取过程发生乳化。 我们对铀水冶厂所用的N-2070聚醚的化学结构进行了分析,并对十余种新的聚醚防乳剂进行筛选,借以选出比N-2070聚醚更理想的高效防乳剂。
When tertiary amine extractant is used to extract uranium from colloidal polysilicic acid and fluorine extraction liquid, oil-in-water emulsions often appear even in the continuous phase of water phase, and even emulsified severely, affecting the normal production. For this reason, polyether emulsion is required to be added to the extract solution to prevent emulsification in the extraction process. We analyzed the chemical structure of the N-2070 polyether used in the uranium watermelting plant and screened more than ten new polyether emulsion preventatives to select more effective anti-emulsion agents than the N-2070 polyether.
