针对无调速配料系统的特点,提出一种实时多任务微机配料系统的软硬件设计方法,并对自学习校正方法进行了理论分析。验证结果表明,这种设计方法对于提高配料系统的动态精度十分有效。
Aiming at the characteristics of speed-free ingredient system, a hardware and software design method of real-time and multi-tasking computer ingredient system is proposed. The self-learning and correction methods are analyzed theoretically. The verification results show that this design method is very effective to improve the dynamic precision of the ingredients system.
