中国目前正大力加强完善食品安全法制。一方面是分段监管为主,品种监管为辅的体制已经确立,另一方面是《中华人民共和国农产品安全法》已列入2006年立法计划,《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的草拟工作也正在进行之中。法治建设推动食品安全法理论成为法学研究的重要课题。为此,本刊约请武汉大学法学院博士研究生、中国计量学院法学院王艳林教授主持承担的国家质量监督检验检疫总局“食品生产加工环节质量安全法律法规及其配套体系”课题组的部分教师,围绕中国食品安全法体系的构建和行政监管权的配设中如何吸收、借鉴外国暨国际成熟经验和行之有效的制度,撰写了本组文章,以期引起学界的关注并作深入的探讨。
China is making great efforts to improve the legal system on food safety.
