面对浙江省电子商务产业大繁荣、人才需求紧缺的大背景,如何有效地开展人才培养工作,如何培养满足不同类型电子商务企业对人才的需求,以适应产业发展所带来的变化,成为当前高校人才培养急需解决的问题。本文着重分析了浙江省电子商务行业发展现状、人才需求现状和高技能人才对产业发展的意义,提出了电子商务产业高技能人才培养的路径。
Faced with the prosperous e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province, the background of the shortage of talent demand, how to effectively carry out personnel training, how to train to meet the needs of different types of e-commerce businesses to adapt to the changes brought about by industrial development, become the current Problems to be solved urgently in college personnel training. This article analyzes the current situation of e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province, the status quo of talent demand and the significance of highly skilled personnel to the development of the industry, and puts forward the path of cultivating highly skilled talents in e-commerce industry.
