Since the beginning of this century, scholars have made various experimental animal models to study the pathogenesis of glomerulonephritis. Several experimental models of nephritis that have been successfully studied are as follows: Masugi Nephritis This model is also called Nephrotoxic nephritis (Nephrotoxic Ne-phritis), a typical anti-glomerular basement membrane glomerulonephritis, was first reported by Masugi in 1933. It is a kind of animal glomerular basement membrane as an antigen, together with the complete adjuvant injected into the B kinds of animals that produce anti-A animal glomerular basement membrane antibodies.
