①目的 探讨DNA倍体对上皮性卵巢癌的临床意义。②方法采用流式细胞仪对60例上皮性卵巢肿瘤石蜡包埋组织进行DNA倍体测定。③结果46例卵巢癌DNA二倍体16例(35%),DNA异倍体30例(65%)。4例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤有2例为DNA异倍体,10例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及8例正常卵巢组织均为DNA二倍体。DNA倍体与肿瘤组织学分级、腹水及术后残余灶大小密切相关,而与组织学类型、分期和病人年龄无关。在3年以上的随访中,9例病死病人有8例为DNA异倍体,其平均生存期为1.5年。1例DNA异倍体的I期交界性卵巢肿瘤病人于术后3年复发。④结论DNA倍体可反映上皮性卵巢癌的侵袭性,在临床上可作为上皮性卵巢癌的一个主要预后指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of DNA ploidy in epithelial ovarian cancer. 2 Methods DNA ploidy was performed on paraffin-embedded tissues of 60 epithelial ovarian tumors by flow cytometry. 3 Results 46 cases of ovarian cancer DNA diploid in 16 cases (35%), DNA aneuploidy in 30 cases (65%). Two cases of borderline epithelial ovarian tumors were DNA aneuploids, and 10 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 8 cases of normal ovarian tissues were DNA diploids. DNA ploidy was closely related to tumor histological grade, ascites, and size of postoperative residual lesions, but was not associated with histological type, stage, and patient age. During the follow-up period of more than 3 years, 8 cases of 9 patients with morbidity were DNA aneuploids, and the average survival time was 1.5 years. One patient with stage I borderline ovarian tumors with DNA aneuploidy relapsed 3 years after surgery. 4 Conclusions DNA ploidy can reflect the invasiveness of epithelial ovarian cancer and can be used as a major prognostic indicator of epithelial ovarian cancer.
