目的 观察急性静脉镉染毒对家兔心功能的影响。方法 本实验通过左心室插管的方法,用SMUCPC 生物信号处理系统搜集、处理心收缩功能指标。结果 当静注氯化镉7-5 mg/kg 体重、10 mg/kg 体重时,观察的心收缩功能指标有明显改变:左室收缩期最高压(Peak) 降低,左室舒张期最低压(EDP)增大,左室内压上升最大变化率( + dp/dtmax) 降低,左室内压下降最大变化率( - dp/dtmax) 升高,心室内压在5-32 kPa 时心肌纤维缩短的速度(Vce 5-32) 下降。这些改变可被静脉注射氯化钙和肾上腺素所对抗。结论 急性静脉镉染毒明显抑制心功能。
Objective To observe the effect of acute venous cadmium poisoning on heart function in rabbits. Methods This experiment by left ventricular catheterization method, with SMUC PC biological signal processing system to collect and process cardiac systolic function index. Results When the intravenous injection of cadmium chloride 7-5 mg / kg body weight, 10 mg / kg body weight, observed systolic function indicators have significantly changed: left ventricular systolic peak (Peak) decreased left ventricular diastolic pressure EDP) increased, the maximal change rate of left ventricular pressure increased (+ dp / dtmax) decreased, the maximal rate of change of left ventricular pressure decreased (- dp / dtmax) increased, and the rate of myocardial fiber shortening at 5-32 kPa (Vce 5-32) decreased. These changes can be countered by the intravenous injection of calcium chloride and adrenaline. Conclusion Acute intravenous cadmium poisoning significantly inhibited cardiac function.
