针对一类生产过程,本文提出了一种PID控制器参数的模糊推理自整定方案,并基于多元逻辑电路(DYL)得以硬件实现.仿真表明电路设计正确,控制效果明显优于Ziegler-NicholsPID控制器,且对系统参数变化有较好的自适应能力.
Aiming at a kind of production process, this paper presents a fuzzy reasoning and self-tuning scheme of PID controller parameters and hardware implementation based on multiple logic circuits (DYL). Simulation shows that the circuit design is correct, the control effect is better than the Ziegler-NicholsPID controller, and the system parameters are better adaptive.
