从古至今,县域始终是中国政治、经济和社会系统中最基础的层次和最基本的单元。中国历朝历代有作为的政治家都始终把县郡的治理与发展作为治国安邦最根本的工作。在当今中国,县域经济不仅是国民经济的重要组成部分,而且也是国民经济最基本的运行单元,是国家政策最直接的操作平台。只有县域经济的充分发展,才能从根本上推动和加快现代化建设和全面建设小康社会的进程。
Since ancient times, the county has always been the most basic level and the most basic unit in China’s political, economic and social systems. The Chinese historians and politicians who used to work throughout the history have always regarded the governance and development of counties and counties as the most fundamental task of governing the country and bringing peace to the country.
