高校图书馆整合高校优质信息资源及人力资源提供智库服务,其直接目标用户包括企业、政府、高校管理层等领域决策者,间接目标用户是其他智库机构。高校图书馆智库信息服务模式可分为主导模式、协同模式和辅助模式,3种模式在智库团队小组的组织结构、信息服务流程以及适宜的智库信息服务类型等方面存在差异。通过加强基础数据库建设、保障人力资源以及管控服务流程能够促进高校图书馆智库信息服务能力提升。
The university library integrates high quality information resources and human resources in colleges and universities to provide think tank services. Its direct target users include decision-makers in enterprises, government and university management, and indirect target users are other think-tank organizations. There are differences between the three models in terms of organizational structure, information service process and appropriate types of think tank information services for the think tank team team, which can be divided into dominant mode, collaborative mode and auxiliary mode. By strengthening the construction of basic database, guaranteeing human resources and controlling the service process, the ability of library information service in university library can be improved.
