本文首次采用高温高压固相反应法合成了Sr1-XLaXTiO3(X=0.0,0.2)与Ba1-XLaXTiO3(X=0.0,0.2)样品,进行了X射线衍射谱XRD测试.研究了稀土掺杂下高温高压合成规律及其结构性质,从高温高压极端条件合成这一领域为高温超导的研究打下了实验基础.
In this paper, the samples of Sr1-XLaXTiO3 (X = 0.0,0.2) and Ba1-XLaXTiO3 (X = 0.0,0.2) were synthesized by solid-state reaction at high temperature and high pressure for the first time. . The synthesis rules and structure properties of high temperature and high pressure under rare earth doping were studied. The field of synthesis from high temperature and pressure extreme conditions laid the experimental foundation for the research of high temperature superconductivity.
