社会主义国家的领导人在争取国家独立和民族解放的过程中,做出了巨大的贡献,因而也树立了崇高的个人威望。本文拟概括社会主义各国开国领袖事实上存在着终身制的现实,并试做分析,以认识实行退休制的重大意义。
The leaders of the socialist countries have made tremendous contributions in the process of striving for national independence and national liberation, thus setting a lofty personal prestige. This article intends to summarize the fact that the founding leaders of all socialist countries have in fact the reality of life-long system and try their best to do analysis in order to understand the great significance of implementing the retirement system.
