目的观察米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效及副反应。方法选择２５例根据临床症状、妇科检查、Ｂ超及血清ｈＣＧ诊断为异位妊娠且符合保守条件，无使用米非司酮禁忌症的患者，每日空腹顿服米非司酮２００ｍｇ，连用３日为一疗程，无效者１周后可重复用药，观察临床疗效及副反应。结果：２２例有效，临床病情稳定，３日内血清ｈＣＧ明显下降，动态观察逐渐下降，附件区包块逐渐缩小，其中１８例病人用药一个疗程，４例用药二个疗程。３例无效病人于停药后因出现剧烈腹痛，腹腔内出血而行剖腹探查术。１１例病人出现副反应，其中１０例为轻微的胃肠道反应，１例病人寒战，均未做特殊处理，短时间内症状自然缓解。结论米非司酮用于治疗异位妊娠疗效显著且安全。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods According to clinical symptoms, gynecological examination, B-ultrasound and serum hCG diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and consistent with conservative conditions, without the use of mifepristone contraindications in patients with fasting Dayton mifepristone 200mg, once every 3 Day for a course of treatment, ineffective after 1 week can be repeated medication to observe the clinical efficacy and side effects. Results: Twenty-two cases were effective and the clinical condition was stable. The serum hCG decreased obviously within 3 days, and the dynamic observation decreased gradually. The mass of appendix area gradually decreased. Among them, 18 patients took one course of treatment and 4 patients took two courses of treatment. 3 cases of invalid patients after withdrawal due to severe abdominal pain, intra-abdominal bleeding and laparotomy. Eleven patients had side effects, of which 10 were mild gastrointestinal reactions, 1 patient chills, did not do special treatment, symptoms relieved in a short time. Conclusion Mifepristone is effective and safe in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
