2004年前三季度,我州经济在高位上运行,农牧业丰收已成定局,工业经济保持了强劲的发展势头,固定资产投资继续保持较快增长,各行业呈现出速度加快,结构改善,质量提高,效益上升的良好发展格局,然而,我们要清醒地看到,我州经济不同程度的存在着一些限制性因素,制约着国民经济的快速增长,如果我们不能正视并解决这些问题,就会成为妨害我州经济长期健康发展的“拦路虎”。主要表
