Chun’an County in Zhejiang Province is a mountainous county with “eight mountains, one and a half and half and half fields”. The forest area is 5,300,000 hectares. It is the largest mountainous area in Zhejiang Province and one of the nine key forestry counties in the province. Forestry in the county’s national economy and social development has a pivotal position. In the implementation of technology organizations
