有机氟类灭鼠药对人畜危害极大,是国家禁止生产、销售的鼠药,但市面上仍有不法销售者,致使近年来急性有机氟类灭鼠药中毒者剧增,尤以小儿误食者为多。本院自1994年10月至1999年10月共收治急性有机氟鼠药中毒90例,经积极治疗,治愈86例,治愈率达95％以上,现总结如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组共90例。男50例,女40例。年龄最小1.5岁,最大30岁,平均年龄5岁。其中误食浸过有机氟鼠药的毒鼠食饵70例,因故口服中毒者20例.就诊时间最短20分钟,最长10小时。
