Liu Lianqi and Baimashan were born in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1962 and graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts, the dean of Chinese celebrity calligraphy and painting academy (legal representative), the artist at the national level, and the artist Guoli Li of China.
