在当前企业竞争日趋激烈的形势下,企业文化建设在企业发展中的作用日益突出,越来越成为企业管理、企业快速发展的非物质重要力量,而工会作为企业的重要组织之一,就必然担当起企业文化建设的重任。工会工作只有自觉顺应企业管理发展的新要求,全面融入企业文化建设的崭新天地,才能充分地促进企业的快速发展。那么,工会工作应该如何在企业文化建设中准确切入,笔者认为,这是我们当前需要研究和探讨的一个重要课题。
