北京航空航天学会于1990年9月3～7日在山西省繁峙县召开了第三届综合学术年会。会议代表来自航空航天部、总参、空军、院校、厂、所共43个单位142人。9月3日上午举行了开幕式,由北京航空航天学会梁恩礼副理事长主持开幕式;赵承庆副理事长致开幕词;刘成功副秘书长宣布了四届三次理事会关于成立电子专业委员会“微波与天线学组”的决议;陈光秘书长向大会报告了本届综合学术会议论文征集情况和会议的安排。
Beijing Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics held its third annual comprehensive academic conference in Fanshi County, Shanxi Province from September 3 to September 1990. Representatives from the aerospace department, the General Staff, Air Force, institutions, factories, a total of 43 units 142 people. On the morning of September 3, the opening ceremony was held. Vice-chairman Liang Enli from Beijing Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics presided over the opening ceremony; Zhao Chengqing, vice chairman of the opening speech; Deputy Secretary-General Liu Chenggong announced the third session of the Fourth Board of Directors on the establishment of electronic professional committee “Microwave And antenna group ”resolution; Secretary-General Chen Guang reported to the General Assembly session of the conference collection of papers and conference arrangements.
